CLIENT: ECKERSTORFER BAUUNTERNEHMEN
Interiors of an apartment in the semi-detached house in the housing estate in Austria. The 3D concept is kept in the modern and quite minimalistic style. The colours of the living room are mainly dominated by white and dark gray/black tones.
The kitchen is well organized with a built in cupboards where all the kitchen appliances can be easily stored. As it is designed in the open space concept, the second part of the kitchen is organized in the form of a kitchen island with a sink. It allows a person who is dealing with cooking to stay in contact with the rest of the family or friends who come to the party. In the area of a dining room, there is a comfortable table with four chairs, and nearby in the living room area, there is a big corner sofa with a coffee table, which perfectly matches the dining table.
In the bedroom, there are some more colours used to show the potential look of it. The Investor decided to add a few brownish shades. One contrasting wall is always a good idea to achieve the eye-catching contrast of the interior design.
The interesting solution in the 3D visualization of the bathroom is the idea to instead of a white ceiling decide on a wooden structure which matches the colour of the floor. Such a solution is not that very popular among modern 3D projects.
Viscato produced also the exteriors and 3D walk, which you can find here:
