Workplace Visualization - Signature, Atrium Amsterdam

About Project
Workplace Visualization of a Premium Amsterdam Office
This workplace visualization project brought to life a premium flexible workspace: the Signature interior at the Atrium, one of the landmark glass buildings in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district. First, we worked with the interior architects at bs;bp. Then we turned their design into photorealistic scenes, long before the space was fitted out.
The brief was about feeling, not just geometry. Indeed, atmosphere sells a workspace like this - the warmth of oak, the depth of terracotta joinery, the soft glow of fluted glass, the calm of a living green wall. As a result, every render had to make you want to sit down, take a meeting, or simply walk the corridor. In short, getting the light right was the whole job.
Selling a workspace before it exists
Here CGI becomes a real advantage for an interior architect. Workplace visualization lets the client, the operator and future tenants experience the concept early - the lobby, the lounges, the meeting rooms, the quiet corridors. Therefore they can approve, market and pre-let the design on the strength of images that look exactly like the finished space.
What the project delivered
We crafted each scene to read as real, lived-in space. Specifically, the project delivered:
- Photorealistic interior CGI of the lobby, lounges, corridors and meeting spaces
- Warm, natural lighting that carries the mood from room to room
- Accurate materials - oak, terracotta, fluted glass, brushed metal and greenery
- Believable people and styling that give each space life and scale
- A consistent visual language across the entire workspace
Workplace visualization for design and marketing
The whole interior lives in a controlled 3D scene, so the imagery works everywhere the project needs to appear. For example, the same scenes serve design sign-off, investor and operator decks, leasing brochures, the workspace website and social media. As a result, every channel gets one coherent, premium look. Moreover, we can add new angles or lighting moods at any time, without a reshoot.
Turning design intent into something people can feel
Ultimately, this workplace visualization set shows the power of considered interior CGI. Above all, it turns a design intent into something people can feel. In turn, that helps a premium workspace stand out, win approval faster, and attract tenants long before the doors open.
