About Project
In collaboration with Vannkanten AS, we created a series of photorealistic waterfront residential exterior visualizations for a modern development located on the Norwegian coast. The project highlights contemporary architecture placed directly by the water and surrounded by spectacular natural scenery.
This residential complex sits in a unique location with views of the sea, nearby mountains, and the surrounding town. Because of this setting, the exterior design needed to connect modern architecture with the calm Nordic landscape. Our exterior 3D visualizations show how the buildings integrate naturally with the waterfront environment while maintaining a clean and contemporary architectural style.
First, we focused on presenting the development from a wider perspective. Aerial and panoramic views help viewers understand the scale of the project and its relationship with the coastline. At the same time, closer perspectives reveal architectural details such as balconies, materials, and façade structure.
Next, we developed highly detailed architectural exterior renderings that emphasize light, materials, and natural surroundings. Natural daylight, reflections on the water, and realistic vegetation help create a believable atmosphere. As a result, the visualizations communicate both the architecture and the lifestyle connected with waterfront living.
Moreover, these waterfront residential exterior visualizations help developers and investors present the project before construction begins. Clear visuals make it easier to communicate the design, location, and overall character of the development.
