Gaupefaret Apartment Interiors, Oslo

About Project
This series of 3D interior visualisations for FOTOetcetera AS presents apartments in the Gaupefaret housing development in Oslo. It complements our exterior renderings of the project and shows future residents what everyday life inside the homes will feel like, long before construction is completed.
Scandinavian Interiors with Individual Character
Each apartment type received its own interior concept. Sage green walls, light oak panelling and warm beige tones are combined with natural textiles, soft rugs and carefully selected lighting. As a result, every home feels calm and bright while keeping a distinct personality.
Open-plan living rooms connect the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, while large windows and balcony doors bring daylight deep into the interior. In addition, the bedrooms and the bathroom present the private side of the apartments with the same attention to materials and detail.
Terraces and Outdoor Living
Roof terraces and balconies extend the living space outdoors. Wooden decking, outdoor lounge furniture and green roofs frame the view over the surrounding trees. Therefore, buyers can see how each home connects with the green landscape of Gaupefaret.
Key features of the visualisations
• Open-plan living rooms with kitchen and dining areas
• Individual interior styles for different apartment types
• Bright bedrooms and a modern bathroom
• Roof terraces and balconies with outdoor furniture
• Realistic daylight, materials and furniture presentation
Interior Visualisations for Property Marketing
Photorealistic interior renderings allow developers and agents to start marketing before the apartments are finished. The images work across websites, property portals, sales brochures and presentations. Ultimately, they help future residents understand the layout, light and atmosphere of their new home and support the sales process from the very beginning.
