Residential Buildings in Leveroy

About Project
This 3D architectural visualisation project for MaKeRS Vastgoedpromotie presents a residential development in Leveroy, Belgium, combining traditional Dutch architectural elements with contemporary living standards. The aim of this 3D architectural visualisation was to communicate spatial clarity, contextual integration, and residential character before construction commenced.
Characteristic pitched roofs, clean façades, and carefully planned green surroundings establish a cohesive suburban identity rooted in local context. As a result, the development balances heritage-inspired design with modern residential expectations. Carefully composed exterior perspectives emphasise architectural proportions and the rhythm of façades within the broader landscape.
Through a series of photorealistic exterior renderings, particular attention was given to material balance and lighting conditions. In addition, calibrated textures ensure that brickwork, roof materials, and glazing systems respond naturally to daylight. This approach reinforces warmth and livability while maintaining technical precision.
The relationship between architecture and landscape plays a central role in the visual narrative. Green spaces, pedestrian paths, and environmental context were integrated into each composition. Therefore, stakeholders can clearly understand how the development interacts with its surroundings and supports everyday residential life.
The final CGI imagery was developed to support real estate marketing and investor communication. High-quality 3D architectural visualisation enables developers and future homeowners to evaluate façade composition, spatial scale, and overall atmosphere long before completion. Ultimately, this 3D architectural visualisation demonstrates how thoughtful rendering enhances architectural storytelling and strengthens commercial positioning within competitive residential markets.
